G17 New Urban Area

The G17 New Urban Area is located in Thien Loc and Vinh Thanh communes (Hanoi), covering an area of 20.6 hectares with a total estimated investment of VND 5,892 billion. The project is oriented towards developing a modern living space fully integrated with amenities, offering convenient connections to key areas, and contributing to the formation of a dynamic new urban cluster in the southern part of the city.

General Information

Project Name: G17 New Urban Area.

Location: Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi City (under the new administrative jurisdiction).

Investment Objective: To develop a new urban area with synchronized technical and social infrastructure.

Proposed Scale: Approximately 205,800 m² (20.6 ha), comprising: Public service land; Educational land (Schools); New residential housing land; Greenery, parks, and flower gardens; Parking lots and transportation infrastructure.

Estimated Area: 20.6 hectares (ha).

Proposed Implementation Schedule: 2025 – 2030.

Preliminary Total Investment: 5,892 billion VND.

Investment Form: Non-budgetary capital.

Investor Selection Method: Open bidding for investor selection.

Project Proponent: People’s Committee of Dong Anh District.
